Leslie Hale Leslie Hale BSc FCA (Managing Director)
 Having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Les has been a director at Hale & Co since 1985 and Managing Director since 2000.
Mike Bennett Mike Bennett (Assistant Manager)
 Mike has extensive experience of the Builders Merchants' industry. He is in charge of I.T. and was instrumental in the successful transition to computerised point of sale invoicing in 1999.
