	Leslie Hale BSc FCA (Managing Director) Having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Les has been a director at Hale & Co since 1985 and Managing Director since 2000.
	Peter Windows (General Manager) Peter joined Hale & Co in 1996 after 18 years experience elsewhere in the industry. He operates an open door policy for staff and customers alike who are welcome to drop into his office for help or advice.
	Mike Bennett (Assistant Manager) Mike also has extensive experience from elsewhere in the industry. He is in charge of I.T. and was instrumental in the successful transition to computerised point of sale invoicing in 1999.
